Yes, I finished the first one, although I quit posting meals. Now I am starting another round. Breakfast was coffee and Primal Fuel. This is lunch.

Day 19 and I am still at it
Even if I sm failing at images of what I am eating. So, here's breakfast! Today's challenge is to eat local and both the bacon and the eggs are local. Step one good!

Breakfast was coffee, half dose bulletproof, and a few slices of bacon.

Day 11 post workout, yesterday's workout.
Switched days of workout as yesterday at work was a 20K walking extravaganza.

Day 9 lunch
Salad with olive oil, balsamic, and minced bacon. Followed by 2 slices mango, 2 spears of pineapple and a chunk of fresh coconut.

Day 8 dinner at the inlaws
Independence Day cookiut. The purple potatoes were pulled out of garden just an hour before dinner. Meal followed by fresh pineapple, and coconut.
Day 8 lunch plus snacks
Ate 3 shrimp boudin balls, a few strips of mango, and the core from a pine apple. Was feeling peckish and had a half serving of Primal Fuel. Felt much better afterwards.

Shrimp filled boudin balls. Actually had about 6. Not exactly primal, but only the rice is not to program.

Salad, pate, and then later a glass of red wine at a concert, Johnny Rivers at Miller Outdoor Theater.
Day breakfast
Just a half dose bulletproof coffee. Had slept in and I know lunch will be fairly soon.
Day 5 dinner
Teri beef and veg again. And all of this is after golf and horror, a snow cone with very little syrup. But enough to be an exception.
