Day 19 and I am still at it

Even if I sm failing at images of what I am eating.  So, here's breakfast! Today's challenge is to eat local and both the bacon and the eggs are local. Step one good!

Day 16 breakfast & lunch

Breakfast was coffee,  half dose bulletproof, and a few slices of bacon.
Lunch image,  not sure pork rinds are primal, real sure I don't care right this instance.

Day 13 - 15

No images, got lazy acd ste too much dark chocolate and fru.

Day 9 dinner

Fajitas, no image. Skipped the chips but then blew it by eating the rice.

Day 9 lunch

Salad with olive oil, balsamic, and minced bacon. Followed by 2 slices mango, 2 spears of pineapple and a chunk of fresh  coconut.

Day 9 breakfast

Half dose bulletproof coffee, and better part of 3 slices of bacon.

Day 8 dinner at the inlaws

Independence Day cookiut. The purple potatoes were pulled out of garden just an hour before dinner. Meal followed by fresh pineapple, and coconut.

Day 8 lunch plus snacks

Ate 3 shrimp boudin balls, a few strips of mango, and the core from a pine apple. Was feeling peckish and had a half serving of Primal Fuel. Felt much better afterwards.

Day 8 breakfast

Only  a half dose bulletproof coffee.

Day 6 dinner

Salad, pate, and then later a glass of red wine at a concert, Johnny Rivers at Miller Outdoor Theater.

Day 6 lunch

Vietnamese beef and lettuce.

Day breakfast

Just a half dose bulletproof coffee.  Had slept in and I know  lunch will be fairly soon.

Day 5 dinner

Teri beef and veg again.  And all of this is after golf and horror,  a snow cone with very little syrup. But enough to be an exception.

Day 5 lunch

Forgot to take photo, salad with fajita meat and guacamole.
